Your role:- Develop key relationships with customers, the workforce and the community to improve business results
- Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule all personnel. This includes outlining expectations, motivating performance, and giving corrective feedback
- Strategize corporate objectives to grow sales and increase market shares
- Oversee overall store expenses and merchandising standards
- Empower teams to deliver superior customer service
