Infojini Inc is a full service IT consulting firm recognized for its rapid growth in the IT services and software development sector. They are seeking a Project Manager with strong project management and technical skills to oversee HRM projects, particularly in HR Payroll and Applicant Tracking initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Strong Project Management skills
• Strong Technical skills (Understand database structures and concept of interfaces)
• Strong relationship skills, to be both tactful yet forceful when it comes to duties related to Project Management
• Desired experience in HR Payroll and Accounting and related systems. (We use CGI Advantage HR)
• Desired experience working in a school system with the above experiences.
• Desired experience working on Applicant Tracking and Onboarding initiatives. We are just completing Phase 1 of implementing the following products:
• Frontline’s AppliTrack (Applicant Tracking)
• SilkRoad’s Red Carpet (On Boarding)
