The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex restoration projects, accurately estimating and completing detailed scopes of work, and ensuring projects are completed successfully and profitably.

Job Description
  • Use industry software including PSA, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Docusketch, Hover, DRS Complete, and Encircle.
  • Perform site inspections to assess properties and determine mitigation requirements.
  • Provide direction and work collaboratively with Restoration Technicians and Sub-Trades to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Scope and estimate projects using Xactimate and coordinate losses in a timely manner while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication with clients, insurers, adjusters, subcontractors, homeowners, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Report on job progress, monitor job costs, and focus on meeting gross margin expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling Department to create budgets for rebuild projects and ensure costs are controlled.
  • Communicate project completion timelines with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors, and sub-trades.
  • Contribute to business development and work toward achieving sales objectives.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using XactAnalysis and Xactimate preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction best practices.
