Job description

  • Work with business partners to identify and implement small to medium projects supporting unit or corporate goals
  • Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems
  • Operate within defined parameters using project management methodology
  • Manage development of planning documents and develop project charters
  • Partner with sponsors to secure project approval
  • Develop communication management plans
  • Define project team roles and responsibilities
  • Develop work plan structures, project schedules, and deployment plans
  • Lead project meetings and regularly report status
  • Identify, document, and prioritize scope changes and facilitate approval
  • Maintain and update project documents
  • Secure appropriate skill sets for projects
  • Set and manage expectations with resource managers and team members
  • Provide performance feedback to team members and resource managers
  • Maintain issue logs
  • Facilitate issue resolution and execute communication plans

  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s), unless an accommodation is granted as required by law
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm AST, Monday through Friday
  • Additional hours, including weekends or holidays, may be required based on operational needs
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
  • Ability to write, read, and speak English and Spanish proficiently is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solve problems and issues in a matrix environment, and communicate effectively at all organizational levels is strongly preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
  • Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects is strongly preferred
