Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Process Engineering / CQV
Location: Bend, Oregon (On-site)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Process Engineering and CQV background to support capital projects and operational improvements in a biopharmaceutical GMP facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process engineering, equipment, and facility projects
  • Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with engineering, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams
  • Oversee CQV activities (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation)
  • Ensure GMP, FDA, and regulatory compliance
  • Support tech transfer, scale-up, and process improvements
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management experience in life sciences
  • Strong experience in Process Engineering and/or CQV
  • Pharma, biotech, or biologics manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of equipment, utilities, and manufacturing systems
  • Experience working in GMP-regulated environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Hands-on IQ/OQ/PQ experience
