Project Manager, Electrical
Position Summary

Ross Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage industrial electrical projects with a strong focus on power distribution, instrumentation, and construction execution. This role will serve as the on-site project leader in Pryor, OK, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical electrical expertise and proven project management experience, particularly within oil & gas or similar industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical project execution from planning through commissioning
  • Serve as on-site Project Manager with daily oversight of construction activities
  • Manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Review and approve equipment submittals, including:
    • Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear
    • Low Voltage (LV) Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
    • Motors and associated equipment
  • Oversee installation and construction related to:
    • 4160V and 480V power systems
    • Instrumentation and controls
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Provide cost tracking, forecasting, and progress reporting
  • Support and lead commissioning activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and field personnel

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
    • Will consider candidates without PE based on strong project management experience
  • PMP certification is a plus

Experience Requirements
  • 5+ years ofelectrical project management experience in industrial environments
  • Experience in oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial projects strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Medium and low voltage power systems (4160V / 480V)
    • Instrumentation and controls
