Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Direct, implement and supervise the management of the projects in progress; Ensuring the fulfillment of the objectives of the Organization from its area of responsibility. The PM represent the Organization to the Client and make sure all aspects of the project (Scope / Schedule / Cost) are managed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage the relationship and negotiation with the assigned Client, preferably in their language. It will be necessary to travel to the Client's offices if it is required.
  2. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and perform risk management to minimize project risks (budget and control of deviations).
  3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
  4. Decision making and initiative required regarding the projects' pieces.
  5. Inform the Client of the progress and assist him in his visits to the Plant.
  6. Ensure and coordinate the deliveries of dies and Try Out dates.
  7. Report and escalate to management as needed.
  8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1.  Engineer's Degree - Engineer Diploma (DI) + Master's Degree in Industrial Mgmt. or Project Mgmt.
  2. Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) in Mechanical Manufacturing, with 15 years of

             Professional experience in International Project Management.

  1. Minimum 3-year experience leading International Projects in Stamping Industry

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  1. Communication proficiency
  2. Project Mgmt. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification will be considered.
  3. Computer literate (MS OFFICE: EXCEL, PPT, WORD, Project, etc.).
  4. Computer literate in Project Mgmt. Software (SAP PS).
  5. Internal Process: TCP
  6. CAD/CAM visualization (CATIA V5 and NX).
  7. Stamping and Assembly Process knowledge (Cold Stamping).
  8. PFMEA and DFMEA.
  9. Financial Analysis / Investments / Profitability.

      10.  Logistics.

  1. Negotiation skills.
  2. Commercial Presentations skills.
  3. Time Mgmt.
  4. Strategic Vision.
  5. Availability to travel: current passport and driving license.
  6. Quality Standards (DV, APQP).
  7. Knowledge of ISO 9001 AND ISO / TS 16949).
  8. Knowledge of Environmental Systems (ISO 14001).
  9.  Knowledge of Health and Safety

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

  1. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

  4. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time
  5. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
  6. The ability to listen to  and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
  7. The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so other will understand
  8. The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
