Tasks

As the Project Manager Production Capabilities, you will perform the following duties:

  • Independently manage approved iMRO projects including all tasks of the execution phase, e.g. managing time, cost & quality, perform reporting, lead project team
  • Take project ideas for new projects and perform the project planning in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders in accordance to effective company standards towards approval decision by management
  • Close projects and support the implementation of the project result as necessary
  • Conduct lessons learned workshops and use the result for the development and continuous improvement of the project management standards at LTCS
  • Collaborate and exchange with project managers at SG ACS as well as LHT group-wide on best practices etc.

* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements

You must fulfill the following requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree desirable
  • 5+ years in project management in industry required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Knowledge in Project management, aerospace industry experience desirable
  • MS Office, SAP, project & task management software as user
