Project Manager Tech 3 Job Summary: Talent Senior Services is in search of a Project Manager Tech 3 for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be for 2 months with a possibility of extension. Compliance Notes for Suppliers: The terms of the Supplier Master Agreement govern all assignments, including Confidentiality and Security Requirements.

Note that for specific organizational support, no sub-contracting approvals will be granted. All candidates must be submitted with full legal names, without agency letterhead or logos. It is against policy to solicit another supplierโ€™s staff augmentation resource while on an active assignment.

Direct supplier contact with sponsors is not permitted. This request is classified as a staff augmentation contractor role, engaged to temporarily augment and support existing team resources or a cyclical business need. For more information on the above policies, please refer to your Supplier Reference Guide.

Equipment or Software Required: The supplier will provide standard equipment. Note: Confidential information may not be shared with suppliers. Typical Day in the Role The team is dedicated to supporting and improving the tools and programs that power data centers globally.

This includes leading user acceptance testing and rollout activities for enterprise platforms and processes. Key Projects Lead user acceptance testing and global rollouts of enterprise platforms and tooling that support data center operations across multiple regions. Candidate Requirements Disqualifiers: Candidates with inconsistent availability or frequent short-term roles will not be eligible.

Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise tools and platforms, can independently manage UAT and release activities, is comfortable working in Azure DevOps, and possesses strong technical writing skills. They demonstrate consistent quality of work, transferable skills across multiple projects, and require minimal supervision while maintaining full-time availability.

Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field is required. An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred. Hard Skills Assessments Expected Dates for Assessments: ASAP.

Assessment Process: Includes two rounds with sponsors and full-time employees. Candidate Preparation: Candidates should be prepared to discuss their relevant skills and experience, particularly those outlined in the job posting. Summary The main function of an IT Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, and quality and performance reporting.

Job Responsibilities Develop, track, and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope. Manage project resources, including procuring staff, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising. Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements.

Lead teams of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing. Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures.

Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses. Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are utilized. Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required. An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred. PMP or PMI certification.

5-7 years of experience. Proven project management experience. People management and team-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to be flexible/adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities. Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization. Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.
