Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Paint Project Manager / Estimator to lead and estimate large-scale commercial and light industrial painting projects. This role is ideal for a sales-minded, hands-on leader with a strong background in commercial painting operations, estimating, and client relationship management.

You’ll be responsible for bidding, winning, and successfully delivering high-value painting projects while serving as a key point of contact for general contractors and property managers. Join a growing, well-established contractor that values quality, teamwork, and long-term career growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and bid commercial and light industrial painting projects exceeding $1,000,000

  • Promote company services and build relationships with general contractors, property managers, and repeat clients

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance

  • Lead, mentor, and support project teams in the field and office

  • Serve as a hands-on, reliable leader focused on customer satisfaction and project success

  • Utilize estimating and project management technology to enhance accuracy and client service


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Paint Project Manager and/or Estimator

  • Direct experience in commercial painting (required)
