Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering technology initiatives that support business strategy and operational objectives. This role oversees project planning, execution, budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can effectively manage multiple projects, drive cross-functional alignment, and balance strategic priorities with detailed execution.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Lead technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and key milestones in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies to maintain project health and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, governance standards, security requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to support successful project execution.
  • Support organizational change management, end-user readiness, training, and adoption activities.
  • Maintain visibility into the broader portfolio and program landscape while effectively managing detailed project activities.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.

  • 5+ years of project management experience leading technology or business transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-level IT projects involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and business functions.
  • Experience leading ERP, CRM, or enterprise application implementations, upgrades, or integrations, including platforms such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, or similar solutions.
  • Experience managing cloud-based implementations, custom software development projects, and large-scale technology deployments.
  • Experience utilizing or implementing ServiceNow and related IT service management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles, service management practices, and technology governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience supporting change management, user adoption, and organizational transformation initiatives.
