Job Summary:
Mindlance is a company focused on technology solutions, and they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee project planning and execution. The role involves leading Agile practices, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring quality delivery of software projects.
Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for non-technical business partners.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks, bottlenecks, and scope creep.
• Resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers.
• Monitor team velocity and workload capacity to ensure sustainable development cycles and predictable delivery dates.
• Work closely with QA and engineering leads to ensure software releases meet quality standards and architectural guidelines.
• Maintain accurate project tracking in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Monday.com.

Qualifications:
Required:
• 3–5+ years of experience managing technical or software development projects in an Agile environment.
