IT Project Manager

As we continue our digital transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives that improve collaboration, efficiency, and scalability across our global operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across global business units

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation activities

• Partner with business and technical teams to define project requirements and align initiatives with organizational goals

• Oversee system implementations, integrations, and digital transformation projects

• Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications

• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution

• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, tools, and methodologies

• Support cross functional collaboration between IT, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and sales teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of experience managing IT or business systems projects

• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred

• Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, software development, and implementation processes

• Proven experience delivering enterprise level projects such as ERP, CRM, QMS, or digital transformation initiatives

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills

• PMP or Agile certification preferred
