  • Serve as the primary communication point between field teams, ownership, and stakeholders

  • Work closely with onsite superintendents and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards

  • Utilize Procore and other project management software to track progress and documentation

  • Assist in preconstruction planning and project mobilization

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of commercial drywall construction experience preferred

  • Prior healthcare or hospital construction experience required

  • Experience with drywall systems and rated wall assemblies strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades

  • Background as a Project Manager, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent considered

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative and documentation abilities

  • Ability to work onsite full-time in a project trailer/office environment

Preferred Software Experience
  • Procore

  • On-Screen Takeoff

  • Change order management software

  • General construction/project management platforms

Additional Information
  • Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate

  • Existing field personnel are already in place; this role will support both field execution and backend project coordination

  • Excellent long-term growth opportunity within an expanding healthcare construction division
