New York City based Construction company servicing both commercial and residential renovations and new construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Field Supervisor preferably with an architectural training background to join our team. to be an onsite PM/ Super on high end renovations 

Project Manager/Field Supervisor will oversee and manage all aspects of projects  and must be familiar with high end commercial and residential projects. We are seeking an individual who is passionate in the field, has a keen eye for detail and is proactive in order to ensure the work is completed correctly.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: planning and coordination with all trades, project execution and management, quality assurance, team leadership and collaboration.

Your background in both architecture and project management will be essential in ensuring successful execution, adherence to specifications, and timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
