Residential Project Manager / Superintendent – Lead Large-Scale Home Renovation Projects for dB Atlanta


Job Overview

  • Company: dB Atlanta
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $85,000 – $90,000 per year plus performance bonuses and project completion bonuses
  • 1% commission on gross projects managed. 
  • Location: Johns Creek, GA (Hybrid/remote)

  • Project Scope: Large-scale residential renovations involving additions, structural wall removals, and whole-house transformations ($300K to over $1M)

The Opportunity

You will lead high-impact residential remodeling projects, guiding home transformations from initial teardown to final inspection. This position empowers you to combine your hands-on carpentry background with executive site leadership on projects valued up to $1M+. You will join a supportive team that values quality craftsmanship, open communication, and long-term career growth.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct day-to-day site operations for high-end residential additions, structural modifications, and full-house renovations.
  • Perform detailed material takeoffs, manage supply orders, and coordinate precise material deliveries on-site.
  • Troubleshoot on-site construction obstacles in real time and step in to self-perform trade tasks when needed.
  • Monitor framing, drywall, finish carpentry, tile, and MEP integrations to guarantee superior craftsmanship.
  • Maintain transparent and calming communication with homeowners to provide regular updates and address concerns.
  • Utilize BuilderTrend mobile software to track project schedules, submit site logs, and manage field budgets.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and overall construction management.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale renovations ($300K+) involving additions and load-bearing structural removals.
  • Extensive practical knowledge in framing, drywall, trim carpentry, door/window installation, and fixture placement.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot field issues independently and perform hands-on trade repairs when required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm, solutions-oriented approach to client relationship management.
  • High proficiency using mobile software applications for project scheduling, logs, and site tracking.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
