Position: Full-Time Construction Project Manager (Cleveland, OH)

Turnkey Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, crew coordination, budgeting, and execution for commercial projects throughout the Cleveland area, with a focus on metal framing, drywall, and painting scopes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion (metal framing, drywall, painting)
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and onsite personnel
  • Attend and participate in weekly jobsite safety meetings
  • Ensure all safety documentation and compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinate with superintendents, general contractors, architects, engineers, and local officials
  • Maintain accurate daily logs and updates in project management software
  • Review and negotiate change orders and project costs
  • Ensure all work meets company standards, plans, and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial construction project management required
  • Strong knowledge of construction assemblies, specifically metal framing, drywall, and painting
  • OSHA certification preferred (OSHA knowledge required)
  • Experience with construction/project management software preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel locally within the Cleveland area
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
