Job description

Salary: $20-$30 per hour depending on qualifications plus benefits

Position: Site Supervisor, Exteriors projects

Reports to: Operations Manager

Classification: Non-Exempt, hourly

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will be on site to supervise exteriors installations and ensure crews are meeting our

installation standards and expectations. The Site Supervisor is on site to ensure the quality of our work

and the quality of the installations by our crews on all our exteriors projects including roofing,

windows/doors, siding and gutters.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Sub-Contractor Crews

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversees the daily installations of our projects and stays onsite for the duration of the project with the

exception of breaks.

Check materials that have been delivered to job sites to ensure accurate counts and accurate materials

returned counts.

Dump dumpster trailers as needed.

Calls in final inspections, emails in necessary photos to close out permits.

Assess and complete repairs.

Ensures permits are posted on the job sites prior to starting.

Communicates professionally with Operations Manager if issues arise.

Strong & Professional communication with the homeowners, Subcontractors, Operations Manager, Sales

Team and Front Office regarding projects.

Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries of

customers on site.

Daily CRM data entry in the notes section of our CRM software is necessary-view notes, information to set

up for jobs, complete forms, add pictures, etc.

Records job site information on the Site Supervisor forms in the CRM.

Must be dependable and on time.

Clocks in and out utilizing the time clock in BambooHR.

Materials pick up at suppliers as needed.

Submits invoices, receipts and paperwork to the office as items are purchased.

Maintains inventory at the shop and contributes to keeping things organized.

Takes photos of projects to submit to Social Media Content Creator.

Ensures trucks and trailers are kept organized and properly stocked, prior to leaving for a job site.

Excellent clean up at the end of project installations.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Extensive knowledge of roofing, gutter and skylight installations.

Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Service-oriented and self-directed.

Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment.

Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.

Proficient phone skills and app usage as well as navigation skills.

Must be dependable and adhere to start times.


Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Operations Management or related field

preferred but not required.

Construction background preferred.

Some experience with the product or services provided is preferred.

Ability to provide management/oversight and positive feedback to the crew.

Physical Requirements:

Working on a job site, moving, bending, lifting.

Must be able to lift up to 75+ pounds at times.

Must be able to be on feet 10+ hours a day during peak season.
