Job description

Soffe is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to own the production and execution of visual assets across all brand touchpoints. This role serves as the primary in-house design resource, translating creative direction into high-quality, on-brand materials that support marketing, ecommerce, wholesale, retail, Amazon, and experiential initiatives.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a digital ad campaign, designing a product catalog, updating website assets, creating Amazon A+ content, preparing trade show graphics, and developing executive presentations. Success in this role requires exceptional design execution, strong production skills, excellent project management, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. This position works closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, Marketing Team, Ecommerce Team, Merchandising, Sales, and external partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Production & Asset Development
  • Execute design projects across digital, print, retail, ecommerce, and experiential channels.
  • Produce brand-consistent creative assets from approved concepts and briefs.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across all deliverables.
  • Maintain and organize creative files, templates, and asset libraries.Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing, ecommerce, sales, merchandising, and product teams.
  • Work under the direction of the Creative Director.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, printers, and production vendors as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • 5-8 years of graphic design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
  • Expert proficiency in:

  • Strong print production knowledge
  • Strong digital asset production experience
