The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project execution, coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting client relationships, and overseeing technical deliverables related to water and wastewater systems.

Our projects include water distribution and wastewater collection system studies, infrastructure planning, pump station design, transient analysis, demand forecasting, and master planning initiatives for municipalities across Ontario.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate water and wastewater hydraulic modeling projects
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and technical staff
  • Oversee the preparation and review of technical reports, studies, calculations, and drawings
  • Support project planning, infrastructure studies, and environmental assessments
  • Liaise with municipalities, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Participate in client meetings and provide ongoing project communication
  • Mentor junior and intermediate staff
  • Contribute to proposal preparation, fee estimates, and business development initiatives
  • Support construction coordination and implementation activities as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in hydraulic modeling and infrastructure planning
  • Proven project coordination or project management experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
  • Proficiency with hydraulic modeling software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ArcGIS is considered an asset
  • Valid Class G driverโ€™s licence with access to a vehicle
