Responsibilities:

  • As a Scrum Master, you will work alongside 1-2 Agile SAFe Teams, ensuring timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Guide and facilitate all SAFe Agile ceremonies (e.g. iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration reviews, retrospectives), ensuring the team sticks to the software development process and achieves iteration goals

  • Support PI Planning, facilitate system demos, support cross-team coordination and support RTE in ART-level execution and synchronization

  • Coach and mentor SAFe Agile Team, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and self-organization within the team

  • Protect SAFe Agile Team from distractions, remove impediments and barriers to successful implementation.

  • Facilitate conflict resolution, and help maintain team focus on the product backlog and project timeline

  • Ensure iteration deliverables consistently meet quality and regulatory guidelines

  • Collaborate with other members of the Agile community

  • Facilitate effective communication between Teams and key stakeholders

  • Regularly monitor, identify, and report progress using appropriate metrics to support PI Delivery

  • Support issue/risk tracking and scope management discussions

  • Support communication between leadership, Product and SAFe Agile Teams

Must Haves:

  • 3+ Years Agile Leadership & Coaching: A servant-leader mindset with a proven ability to coach and mentor teams to become high-performing and self-organizing. You have a deep understanding and hands-on experience with the SAFe framework and Agile principles.

  • Facilitation & Problem-Solving: Exceptional facilitation skills to lead all Agile SAFe ceremonies. You are proactive in identifying and removing impediments, and you protect the team from external distractions.

  • Experience in a SAFe Environment: Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You are familiar with ART events like PI Planning and understand how team-level work contributes to overall business value.

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Scrum Master advanced certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM, etc)

  • Working experience on Agile project management tools (Agility, Jira, etc)

  • Ability to communicate concisely and accurately to team and to management

  • Basic knowledge of software development environments and technologies.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge and experience in working with the SAFe framework.

  • Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and release management

  • Graduate with 6+ years of total Software delivery experience.

  • Background in software development, QA, or BA is highly desirable
