Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to successfully drive project execution from initiation through completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality, and external stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience (adjust based on level).
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
