Job Description (Short JD):
Seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams supporting data, analytics, and enterprise technology platforms. The role will focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving team velocity, ensuring delivery predictability, and partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe best practices
  • Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams
  • Track and report delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity)
  • Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile governance and compliance standards

Required Skills:
  • 7+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
  • Strong experience in Scrum & Kanban frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence
