About the Role:
As a Scrum Master / Project Manager you will lead one or more Scrum teams or manage medium to large technology projects across multiple cross-functional teams, for the Finance systems portfolio of Technology projects.
Responsibilities of the Role:
You willbe responsible forensuring Scrum Teams / Project Teams arehighperforming with respect to the selected executionmethodology(Agile/Scrum,waterfallor other iterative methodologies). You will own all aspects of the project definition process includingfacilitatingand capturing the business and technology inputs to develop business cases, reviewing with stakeholders,shepherding through the enterprise governance process, and selecting the executionmethodology. You will also be called upon to be an active contributor in driving adoption and continuous improvement of Agile/Scrum across the organization.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers, and Architects in a multi-team environment
