We are seeking a collaborative and driven individual to join our expanding team as a Project Manager specializing in Commercial and Healthcare Construction builds. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while delivering an exceptional experience for clients.

We are seeking a collaborative and driven individual to join our expanding team as a Project Manager specializing in Commercial and Healthcare Construction builds. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while delivering an exceptional experience for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive project completion on time and within budget.
  • Provide exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage construction projects related to doors, frames, and hardware.
  • Coordinate and oversee project scheduling and engineering.
  • Handle change orders and requests for information (RFIs).
Essential Skills
  • 5-7 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in project coordination and scheduling.
  • Expertise in Division 5 and 8 construction.
  • Mechanical knowledge.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with scheduling software such as Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience managing employees.
Work Environment

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $182000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
