Job Summary:
ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure and Operational Technology initiatives across enterprise environments. This role will be responsible for managing complex projects involving infrastructure, networking, warehouse automation, and industrial technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead infrastructure and Operational Technology (OT) projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and vendor relationships using Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, engineering, facilities, and third-party partners.
• Support warehouse automation and modernization initiatives, including AGV and material handling technologies.
• Ensure successful deployment of infrastructure, networking, and operational systems with minimal business disruption.
• Provide project updates and executive-level reporting to key stakeholders.
• Drive project governance, issue resolution, and adherence to quality, security, and operational standards.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of IT Project Management experience with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing projects using Waterfall methodology.
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or highly automated warehouse environments.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT), industrial systems, warehouse automation, robotics, AGVs, or material handling technologies.
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and technical teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Experience implementing AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) or autonomous warehouse solutions.
• Background in distribution center, manufacturing plant, or industrial automation projects.
• Knowledge of networking, infrastructure, wireless technologies, and systems integration.
• Experience managing large-scale capital or operational improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain technologies, or industrial control systems.
