General Manager (Robotics) - Based in Dallas - $180-200K Basic Salary - EXCLUSIVE

The General Manager will provide full executive leadership for the U.S. Robotics and Automation division. This role is responsible for overall business strategy, revenue growth, profitability (full P&L ownership), operational excellence, and market expansion through direct sales and strategic partner channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic business plan, drive revenue growth and profitability, identify new market opportunities, and set budgets/forecasts.
  • P&L Management: Own full financial performance, implement corrective actions, and drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
  • Sales & Commercial: Lead direct sales teams, build and manage strategic partnerships (integrators, distributors, OEMs), develop go-to-market strategies, and handle key accounts and contract negotiations.
  • Partner & Channel Development: Expand North American partner networks, create channel programs, and align direct and indirect sales efforts.
  • Operations & Service: Oversee project delivery, field service, aftermarket support, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure on‑time, on‑budget performance and customer retention.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing teams across sales, operations, service, and business development. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in robotics, automation, intralogistics, warehouse automation, material handling, or related industrial technology sectors.
  • Proven success managing a full business unit or large sales organization with both direct and channel/partner sales.
  • Strong experience leading cross‑functional teams (sales, operations, service, engineering).
  • Solid financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and experience negotiating complex agreements.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated success scaling a robotics or automation business in North America.
