About the Role:

Bills Mobile Crane Service Inc is looking for a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Fayetteville, NC! This is an exciting opportunity to operate heavy lifting equipment on dynamic job sites while being part of a trusted and experienced crane service company. If you take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently on various job sites throughout the Fayetteville, NC area

Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on crane equipment

Interpret load charts, rigging plans, and lift plans to ensure safe lifting operations

Communicate with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors to coordinate lifts

Set up and dismantle crane equipment, including outriggers and counterweights

Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols

Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance

Requirements:

Valid NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) certification preferred

Proven experience operating mobile cranes in construction or industrial settings

Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, load capacities, and lift planning

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License)

Ability to read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and load charts

Excellent spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail

Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather and job site conditions
