Job description

Digital Project Manager (Remote)

Company Description:

IntuitSolutions is one of the nation's most innovative ecommerce agencies. Backed by the power of the BigCommerce platform, IntuitSolutions takes a super-creative yet methodical approach to building ecommerce website solutions that push brands to greater heights. Our clients range from small mom-and-pop shops to Fortune 100 companies. Our mission is to help merchants of all sizes scale and grow their business online.

Team Description:

Our team started in Philadelphia, PA with 2 lifelong friends, so we know the value of building great relationships. While we've been in business since 2001, we consider ourselves a small, boutique, startup-like company that innovates, creates, and rides the ever-changing wave that is the web and technology industry. Over the last 20 years, we've brought on go-getters, creative-thinkers, and tech nerds, encouraging them to bring their humor and their ideas into the organization to build a team that isn't just great at making clients more successful, but more smiley too.

Role Description:

IntuitSolutions is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our established, yet rapidly growing services team. This person will work closely with our development and creative teams, along with several of our clients to develop and execute the digital components of each project - including creative strategy, development, execution, and post-op relations.

The right candidate will have intermediate knowledge of digital strategy and execution, both in terms of creative approach and implementation. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), an ability to take on and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines, and an understanding of client relationships are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of moving digital projects from concept to execution and evaluation
  • Build rapport and manage relationships with internal team members and clients to create and deliver all elements of each project
  • Generate and maintain client project schedules and track all digital work in progress using Accelo, Trello, or a related software (as we are considering a few alternatives at the moment)
  • Act as a client advocate within the agency, representing the clients' goals and needs
  • Create, scope, maintain, and track key project timelines and budget
  • Champion proper usage of time management
  • Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects with many moving pieces, weighing priorities effectively
  • A customer service orientation and great interpersonal skills

Bonus Experience / Skills:

  • Hands on experience with software/web/ecommerce development
  • Experience working for a web or creative agency
  • Experience in sales or working with a sales team
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of UX and responsive design
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and Digital Marketing strategies
  • College degree or above
  • PMP Certification

Why Choose IntuitSolutions?

  • We encourage fun and general life enjoyment
  • We have a niche offering that other agencies are unable to replicate
  • We're in a growth stage with a lot of opportunity for career advancement
  • We work with large and renowned clients as well as exciting startups
  • We facilitate personal development and education
  • Direct access to owners and leadership team
  • We offer a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement savings
