About the OpportunityDriscoll’s, Inc. seeks an IT Project Manager to direct, manage, and control complex technology projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget on multiple medium-to-extra-large technical projects. Deliver compelling, clear, accurate and comprehensive updates to various audiences - from working teams to executive steering committees on tailored project communications. Continuously monitor, evaluate project health, identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and take corrective actions to maintain project success. Build and maintain productive relationships while navigating complex stakeholder environments, including negotiating through challenges and fostering transparency and consensus strong relationships and collaborate across business, IS teams, and vendors. Manage project budgets and financials by tracking budgets, monitor spending, understanding key financial indicators, and making informed decisions to ensure cost-effective delivery. #LI-DNIPosition requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field, and 3 years of experience with delivering multiple medium and large technical projects in a project manager role. Experience must include at minimum: 3 years of experience with managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects of medium to large complexity; 3 years of experience with project financials, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC), and Run Rate; 3 years of experience with hybrid project delivery using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Part-time telecommuting may be permitted.Job location: Watsonville, CA. Rate of Pay: $129,810.00 - $202,504.00 per year.
