Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager  to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to manage a steady pipeline of projects while working directly with leadership in a streamlined environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Review plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability
  • Develop and manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors
  • Write and manage subcontracts, including scope of work and cost code alignment
  • Participate in estimating efforts, including takeoffs and preconstruction planning

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading construction projects from start to finish as a Project Manager
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience writing subcontracts and managing cost codes
  • Exposure to estimating, scheduling, and project planning
  • Proficiency in Procore or RedTeam (RedTeam preferred)
