  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000, Commensurate with experience

About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role coordinates with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with project requirements. The PM plays a key role in project execution, communication, and cost control while continuing to develop leadership capabilities.

What Youโ€™ll Do


Project Management

  • Manage project execution from handoff through closeout
  • Support client communication and help maintain strong relationships
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and key milestones
  • Assist in managing contracts, scope, and project documentation
  • Track budgets, job costs, and support WIP reporting
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and related documentation
  • Coordinate submittals (shop drawings, samples, mock-ups, transmittals)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on production and delivery
  • Identify and escalate project risks, delays, and scope issues
  • Support labor planning coordination with field leadership
  • Ensure project safety requirements are followed
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

Procurement & Production

  • Create work orders and communicate scope using internal systems
  • Track production and delivery schedules
  • Assist with RFQs, vendor coordination, and procurement activities
  • Work with purchasing on pricing and lead times
  • Participate in production and procurement kickoff meetings
  • Monitor product progress through fabrication and delivery

Team Development

  • Support and collaborate with APMs and project team members
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliverables
  • Continue developing leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency
