This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Nashville, TN. The Project Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating resources such as materials and personnel, managing project timelines, conducting site inspections, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. The Project Manager will also ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements while fostering effective communication among team members and clients.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Project Management and a proven ability to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Expertise in Expediting and Expeditor duties to ensure project schedules and supply chains remain on track
  • Knowledge in Logistics Management, including the ability to coordinate resources efficiently and resolve any logistical challenges
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough Inspections and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
