Job description

Milpower Source in Manchester, New Hampshire is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager that will lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, while driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic business objectives. Ideal candidates for this role will possess a PMP or CAPM certification. It is not required but it would be a plus. Ideal candidate will also demonstrate people skills, extreme attention to detail, and a goal-focused attitude.

โ€ขManage project schedules

โ€ขWork very closely with R&D and Operations teams to ensure on-time delivery and daily management to ensure projects remain on schedule

โ€ขReview plan design preparations to ensure customer artifacts are presented and action items are closed

โ€ขRegularly and proactively engage Program Managers to communicate project status.

โ€ขEnsure projects are properly transferred to production when the design phase is complete.

โ€ขComplete technical compliance matrix with R&D for Sales-led proposal activities.

โ€ขSupport SOW compliance with R&D, Sales, QA and Management

โ€ขDaily management of project schedule using Gantt charts

โ€ขOversee Qual test activities requested by customers

โ€ขOther duties as assigned


Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

ยท Ability to read and understand a customer statement of work (SOW) and interpret project deliverables and requirements.

ยท Ability to operate in a fast-paced corporate environment

ยท Must have the ability to manage technical projects.
