Position Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Project Management methodologies, SDLC, risk management, and team leadership, along with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, MS Project, Teams, Webex, and MS Office Suite. A PMP certification is required. This role demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project documents such as entrance criteria, project plans, and closing documents.
  • Create project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations.
  • Manage project budgets, risks, and change requests effectively.
  • Conduct and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.
  • Present project proposals, status updates, and final deliverables to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Drive project success by coordinating across technical and non-technical teams.
