We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead renovation, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects at our manufacturing facility in Mapleton, IL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects, coordinating contractors, overseeing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Title: Facilities Project Manager – Renovations & Infrastructure
Location: Mapleton, IL
Type: Contract
Duration: 12-24 Months 
Pay Range: $52-54/hr on W2

Key Requirements:

* Strong experience managing Facilities Renovation, Construction, or Capital Projects in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Experience coordinating Contractors, Project Schedules, Budgets, and On-Site Activities
* Knowledge of Construction Safety, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), and Infrastructure Systems (electrical, water, compressed air)
* Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Project Tracking Tools, and ability to present project updates to leadership
