Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with a leading financial institution, is seeking dynamic individuals to lead our rapidly growing Sales and Field Marketing team to promote and educate consumers. The District Manager plays a critical role in driving operational success and delivering impactful results. This position is responsible for overseeing and guiding sales representatives who operate in the field by training, empowering, and leading a team of representatives in their designated region.   • Provide effective leadership to the sales team, setting clear expectations, performance goals, and offering regular feedback to help team members excel in their roles.
  • Conduct proactive coaching to drive the results of all existing staff, ensuring high-performance levels
  • Lead the successful onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they graduate at a high-performing level with excellent product knowledge
  • Work under the guidance of the Territory Manager to strategically optimize results, leading to high direct profitability in the region
  • Regularly analyze sales performance data to provide insights into trends and track individual and team performance metrics
  • Recognize recruitment store needs and effectively communicate weekly with the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new Field Sales Representatives and facilitate their smooth integration and training into the team
  • Encourage team members to access the Learning Management System for training materials and empower them to take ownership of their job and success
  • Build authentic relationships with team members to motivate and encourage high performance consistently
  • Support check-ins and check-outs for the Territory Manager on key day
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization through excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Manage technology assigned to staff and provide technical support as needed
  • Guarantee adherence to all store compliance standards, actively pinpointing opportunities for enhancing processes and systems
  • Attend to customer concerns promptly, ensuring timely resolution with positive results
  • Cultivate enthusiasm for the product lineup through expertise and advocacy for the brand

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Sales and Management experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage effectively multiple projects with tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in partnership with the senior leadership team to identify strategic solutions
  • Manage technology assigned to staff and provide technical support as needed
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to be able to travel within various regions/store locations as needed for training, mentoring and field visits
