Job Description Leap Recruitment Partners has partnered with a premier, environmentally conscious property restoration leader in Ontario to recruit a Senior Project Manager for the Greater Toronto Area. In this key leadership role, you will oversee property loss claims and structural restoration projects from initial site evaluation through final completion. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage project budgets, direct site teams and subcontractors, ensure full safety compliance, and maintain exceptional client communication.

Key Responsibilities Site Assessment & Scoping: Conduct thorough on-site property loss inspections to determine necessary emergency and permanent repair scopes; generate detailed inspection reports and cost projections. Estimating & Scheduling: Prepare accurate, timely project estimates utilizing Xactimate and establish comprehensive project timelines/critical path schedules from project inception. Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Ministry of Labour standards, IICRC guidelines, and WSIB regulations across all job sites and work crews.

Contractor & Operations Management: Oversee site coordinators and subtrade contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship, strict schedule adherence, and immediate issue resolution. Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets to consistently hit or exceed target gross profit margins; submit competitive tenders for upcoming project opportunities. Stakeholder Communication & File Tracking: Maintain proactive, transparent communication with property owners, adjusters, and internal teams while ensuring real-time file notes are updated within management software.

Business Development & Relationship Building: Cultivate existing client accounts, build network relationships with industry partners, and represent the brand at key industry trade events. Qualifications Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in restoration and construction project management. Software & Certifications: Proficient with Xactimate estimating software; experience with restoration management platforms (e.g., DASH or Xcelerate) and current IICRC certifications are strong assets

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Construction Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field. Core Competencies: Outstanding organizational skills, strong problem-solving acumen, and the ability to operate autonomously while leading cross-functional site teams. Requirements: Valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a standard background check.

Schedule & Working Conditions Hours: Monday through Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with an early finish on Fridays (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM). On-Call: Periodic availability required for rotating 24-hour emergency response shifts. Environment: Hybrid field and office settings, requiring dynamic movement across job sites and sustained periods of standing or sitting.

Compensation & Perks Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (Base Salary + Commission Structure & Performance Bonuses).
