Iron Horse Exteriors is a growing, family-owned siding and roofing company looking for a driven, organized Project Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial projects at once. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple siding and roofing projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate daily with foremen, subcontractors, GCs, and homeowners
  • Schedule jobs, materials, and labor efficiently
  • Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and meet quality standards
  • Conduct site visits and maintain strong job site presence
  • Handle problem-solving on the fly and keep projects moving forward
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved
