Leads the end-to-end execution of construction projects as a Project Manager, ensuring seamless coordination of teams, resources, and timelines. Manage project scope, budgets, and quality, while fostering collaboration among stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients. Employ proven expertise in construction methodologies and project management tools to deliver successful projects on schedule and within budget. This position is in-person located in our Salt Lake City, Utah office.

Duties/Responsibilities of the Job
  • Implement and maintain project schedules through the full project life cycle to meet contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, fabricators, and subcontractors to define project scope objectives and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee procurement of materials equipment and services ensuring timely delivery and cost effectiveness.
  • Monitor construction progress quality and safety making necessary adjustments to maintain project milestones.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Prepare regular status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes and safety standards.

Requirements of the job:
  • Eight plus years of experience (at least five in-office) in the commercial construction industry, with experience with at least three years experience in glazing building facades and panels.
  • Experience with a variety of systems and vendors for both aluminum and glass including storefront, window wall, and curtain wall.
  • Job experience on high-profile projects with contract values of over ten million dollars.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and processes.
  • Proficient in project management software (Primavera, Blue Beam, Procore, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven history of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • PMP or CM IT certification is a plus.
