An established construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and financial performance of assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including contracts, subcontracts, and procurement.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial performance and profitability.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project cost forecasts and financial reports.
  • Create and manage project schedules, including tracking milestones and critical paths.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment within budget and schedule constraints.
