  • Experience delivering commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Strong understanding of project controls, contracts, scheduling and cost management
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contract documents
  • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working directly with clients, architects and subcontractors
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar construction software
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary based on experience
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Vehicle allowance or company vehicle, depending on level
  • Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company contribution
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays
  • Strong project pipeline throughout Chicago
  • Access to major, high-profile projects
  • Best-in-class technology, systems and project support
  • Structured training and leadership development
  • Clear progression from APM to PM, Senior PM and Project Executive
  • Long-term stability with a financially secure $1B+ contractor
