This is a remote role that will support the US. Our ideal candidate must be in EST time zone, preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities

Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the complete project process from award date through project closeout.

  • Main customer focus is on the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business

  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery.

  • Develop and manage multiple project schedules.

  • Monitor progress of overall construction activities.

  • Lead calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency

  • Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, technical issues, documentation, etc.

  • Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project.

  • Review and approve suggested changes by either customers or vendors and coordinate appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management. Minimum 3 - 5 years preferred.

  • Previous experience and/or knowledge ofEPCbusiness preferred

  • Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.

  • Projects are mainly in the Power and Heavy Industry fields.

  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.

  • Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously.

  • Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization

  • Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.
