We are a growing commercial and residential painting contractor based in Santa Maria, CA, committed to quality workmanship, professional service, and customer satisfaction. We take pride in every project and strive to meet the unique needs of our customers and contractors while building lasting relationships and continue to grow as a company.


We are looking for a driven and experienced Painting Project Manager who is ready to take accountability, lead with confidence, and play a key role in the continued growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of painting industry experience and a strong understanding of commercial painting, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects, crews, job sites, schedules, and budgets from start to finish. We want someone who is honest, dependable, organized, and hands-on, with the leadership skills to motivate a team, the communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and contractors, and the problem-solving ability to handle challenges quickly and professionally. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple commercial painting projects across various job sites.
  • Ensure all required materials, equipment, and crews are properly scheduled and prepared before work begins.
  • Travel daily between job sites to monitor progress, address project needs, and support field operations.
  • Maintain professional and effective communication with superintendents, general contractors, clients, employees, and company leadership.
  • Lead and supervise foreman and painting crewz, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, and provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Maintain project schedules and work closely with crews and contractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources to ensure projects run efficiently.
  • Complete required administrative duties, including project documentation, scheduling updates, reports, time tracking, and other project-related paperwork.
  • Assist with field painting duties when needed, including masking, brush and roll, spraying, surface preparation, and other general painting tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of painting industry experience with project management or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and residential painting methods and materials.
  • Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
