  • Own day-to-day execution of assigned hyperscale projects.
  • Maintain accountability for safety performance, quality compliance, schedule adherence, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage complex scopes with concurrent workstreams across multiple buildings, zones, or phases.
  • Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, BIM models, and hyperscale client standards.
  • Understand that small execution gaps can scale rapidly due to manpower size and schedule compression.
  • Develop, maintain, and actively manage:
    • Detailed project schedules and look-ahead plans
    • Cost tracking, earned value, and forecast accuracy
    • Risk registers, constraints, and mitigation plans
  • Maintain clear, current project visibility suitable for hyperscale client scrutiny.
  • Identify execution risks early and implement corrective actions before impacts scale.
  • Ensure all change events are identified, documented, priced, and managed in accordance with contract and program requirements.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, access, sequencing, and logistics to support sustained production at scale.
  • Partner closely with scheduling, cost control, logistics, QA/QC, safety, and engineering.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day interface with customer and GC representatives.
  • Ensure crews are set up for success through proper planning, information flow, and resource alignment.
  • Escalate risks, constraints, or deviations proactively before they impact critical milestones.
  • Communicate status, risks, and recovery plans clearly and consistently.
  • Ensure escalation is timely, structured, and solution oriented.
  • Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 Optics.
What We Are Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • PMP preferred.
  • 3+ years of construction, telecommunications, or data center project management experience.
  • Exposure to hyperscale or large-scale data center environments preferred.
  • Experience managing schedule, cost, forecasting, and change.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role requires sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, and occasional physical movement such as stooping or kneeling. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet. Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) if required to do so. The employee may also be required to work in tight and confined spaces. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. When possible, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
