Project Manager – Residential Construction

Milford, MA (MetroWest)
$85,000+ (commensurate with experience), Company Truck, Bonus Potential

The company was founded in 1996 with the goal of providing customers with the highest level of quality and workmanship possible for every project. Our operation has grown significantly, and we are looking for exceptional people to join our team.

Who We’re Looking For

An experienced residential construction Project Manager who:

  • Takes full ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Can manage subcontractors and keep jobs on schedule
  • Communicates clearly with clients and team members
  • Has excellent customer service skills
  • Solves problems quickly and keeps projects moving
  • Is organized, accountable, and detail-oriented

What You’ll Do

  • Run residential construction projects from kickoff to completion
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
  • Handle change orders and client communication
  • Ensure quality work that meets our standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years residential construction project management (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction and sequencing
  • Solid communication and organization skills
