Project Manager โ€“ Residential Construction

We are seeking a dynamicย Residential Construction Project Managerย to lead and coordinate the HVAC and Plumbing on our construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee custom designed project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Duties

  • Manage HVAC & plumbing construction projects from start to finish
  • Build and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
  • Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy
  • Track job progress, budgets, and labor performance
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety
  • Work with estimating and operations to maintain job margins
  • Liaison between Builder/Client and Technical Manager
  • Main point of contact between field teams and builders

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction project management
  • Experience in HVAC/plumbing preferred but not required
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
  • Solid understanding of budgets, job costing, and project flow
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication with both field teams and clients
  • Experience with construction software (Service Titan is a plus as well)
  • Ability to quickly respond to unexpected changes in the schedule
