Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multidomain Operations Manager (Project Management Specialist) / Project Manager II to support operations at the Muscatatuck Training Center. This position supports the planning, coordination, management, and execution of multidomain operations projects with a primary focus on Electronic Warfare and a secondary focus on Cyber Operations.

Location: Camp Atterbury (Edinburgh, IN) and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (Butlerville, IN)ย

Responsibilities

  • Plan, scope, develop, design, and direct major multidomain operations projects and activities.ย 
  • Support Electronic Warfare (EW) and Cyber Operations planning and execution efforts.ย 
  • Coordinate with external agencies, partner organizations, and internal functional teams to support project objectives.ย 
  • Establish project responsibilities, expectations, schedules, and deliverables.ย 
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and operational requirements.ย 
  • Support multidomain integration efforts across:ย 
    • Electronic Warfareย 
    • Cyber Operationsย 
    • Intelligence Operationsย 
    • Land Operationsย 
    • Air Operationsย 
    • Sea Operationsย 
    • Space Operationsย 
  • Provide operational coordination, reporting, and project management support.ย 
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reporting.ย 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience planning, developing, designing, and directing major projects in multidomain operations environments.ย 
  • Preferred experience in Electronic Warfare operations.ย 
  • Cyber Operations and Intelligence Operations experience will also be considered.ย 
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies and internal organizational elements.ย 
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, schedules, and operational requirements.ย 
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.ย 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education Requirements:ย 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. ย 


Security Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility are required.ย
