Five Star Breaktime Solutions is one of the nation's largest on-site food and beverage service providers, delivering innovative breaktime solutions that enhance the customer experience. Our services include micro-markets, full-line vending, office coffee (RFS), water solutions, pantry service, catering, and corporate dining.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized RFS Project Manager to support our Refreshment Services (coffee and water solutions) operations. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects including installations, promotions, new account openings, and operational initiatives.
As a critical partner to leadership, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with operational and financial goals.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and execution from start to finish
• Partner with VPROs and RFS Managers to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
• Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to leadership and key stakeholders
• Conduct warehouse inspections to ensure operational and quality standards are met
• Create, maintain, and analyze reports to ensure data accuracy and project success
• Monitor project budgets and adjust plans as needed to meet financial targets
• Support trade shows, presentations, and new business initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
