Job Title: Project Manager - Casework
Position Summary:
Three Rivers Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Casework and Millwork operations. This role is responsible for managing custom architectural woodwork projects from estimating through fabrication and final delivery. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the quality standards our clients expect. This position works closely with field leadership, design teams, customers, and shop personnel to coordinate the production of cabinetry, casework, millwork, trim, and specialty fabricated components used in commercial and healthcare construction projects. The ideal candidate brings strong construction knowledge, leadership ability, and the organizational skills necessary to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
Job Type: Full-time; Salary (Exempt)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead casework and millwork projects from preconstruction through fabrication and delivery
  • Prepare estimates, review plans and specifications, and support design-build opportunities
  • Coordinate shop production schedules with construction project timelines
  • Manage labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project goals
  • Work with designers and project teams to develop and approve shop drawings
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and work-in-progress reporting
  • Maintain communication with internal project managers, clients, and vendors
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and vendor coordination
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within shop operations
  • Provide leadership to shop personnel and support employee development
  • Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost and efficiency

Qualifications, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent construction or millwork industry experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience managing commercial construction, millwork, cabinetry, or fabrication projects
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
